Question 1
There is a high level of stray dog menace
on the streets of your locality creating a constant sense of fear among the
residents, particularly elders and school-going children. Write a letter to the
Municipal Chairman of your locality, drawing his attention to this grave issue
and requesting him to take necessary action.
